Emergency nursing experience of 2 cases of disulfide like reaction caused by drinking after ornidazole

目的:总结患者应用奥硝唑后饮酒致双硫仑样反应的临床特点,并探讨其急救护理措施及预防对策,从而更好地对双硫仑样反应的发生进行防护。急救要点是采取恰当的急救措施,并保证能够快速有序进行;加快乙醇排出,最大限度降低乙醛对各脏器的损害,使患者尽早恢复健康。

We summarize the clinical characteristics of disulfide like reaction caused by drinking after ornidazole,and explore the emergency nursing measures and preventive measures,so as to better prevent the occurrence of disulfide like reaction.The main points of emergency are to take appropriate first-aid measures,and ensure that it can be carried out in a fast and orderly manner,speed up the ethanol discharge,minimize the damage of acetaldehyde to various organs,and restore the patients＇ health as soon as possible.
