摘要
据卫生部门相关统计数据显示,当前人们所患疾病>80%的病因是由肠道感染引起,绝大多数是由于人们食用了被污染的食品和水源等,为保证人们的身体健康和生命安全,必须采用有效的检测技术做好食品的质量安全检测。以往,对食品的检测多采用传统仪器、化学和物理等检测方法,随着现代生物技术的不断发展,各种类型的生物检测技术已被广泛应用于食品安全质量检测中。文章主要分析现代生物技术在食品检验中应用的作用和常见的现代生物技术在食品检验中的具体应用。
According to statistics from the ministry of health,more than 80% of the people's diseases are caused by intestinal infection,the vast majority are due to the consumption of contaminated food and water sources,in order to ensure people's health and safety,effective detection techniques must be adopted to do well in food quality and safety testing.In the past,traditional methods such as traditional instruments,chemistry and physics were used to detect food,with the continuous development of modern biotechnology,various types of biological detection technology have been widely used in food safety and quality testing.This paper mainly analyzes the application of modern biotechnology in food inspection and the specific application of modern biotechnology in food inspection.
