临床带教路径结合OSCE考试在临床护理带教中的应用

Application of clinical teaching path combined with OSCE examination in clinical nursing teaching

目的:探讨临床带教路径结合OSCE考试的教学效果。方法:选择护士实习生96例,常规组给予传统的带教模式,试验组给予临床带教路径+OSCE考试,比较两组效果。结果:试验组学生的沟通能力、分析问题能力、解决问题的能力、独立工作的能力评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床护理带教中,采用临床带教路径+OSCE考试,便于培养学生的学习兴趣,可进一步提高教学质量。

Objective：To explore the teaching effect of clinical teaching path combined with OSCE examination.Methods：96 nursing students were selected,the conventional group were given the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group were given the clinical teaching path and OSCE examination.Results：The scores of communication ability,problem solving ability,problem solving ability and independent working ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In clinical nursing teaching,we should focus on the clinical teaching path and OSCE examination,so as to facilitate students＇ interest in learning and improve the quality of teaching.
