临床带教路径结合OSCE考试在临床护理带教中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨临床带教路径结合OSCE考试的教学效果。方法:选择护士实习生96例,常规组给予传统的带教模式,试验组给予临床带教路径+OSCE考试,比较两组效果。结果:试验组学生的沟通能力、分析问题能力、解决问题的能力、独立工作的能力评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:在临床护理带教中,采用临床带教路径+OSCE考试,便于培养学生的学习兴趣,可进一步提高教学质量。 Objective:To explore the teaching effect of clinical teaching path combined with OSCE examination.Methods:96 nursing students were selected,the conventional group were given the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group were given the clinical teaching path and OSCE examination.Results:The scores of communication ability,problem solving ability,problem solving ability and independent working ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:In clinical nursing teaching,we should focus on the clinical teaching path and OSCE examination,so as to facilitate students' interest in learning and improve the quality of teaching.
