门诊采血中心规范化感染管理的应用

Application of standardized infection management in blood collection center in outpatient clinic

目的:探讨门诊采血中心规范化感染管理的应用效果。方法:将70例采血患者采用规范化感染管理方式,对效果进行分析。结果:管理后满意率达92.8%,管理前满意率为71.4%,管理后的满意率高于管理前。结论:门诊采血中心采用规范化感染管理措施,其效果明显,能提升患者满意率和服务水平。

Objective：To explore the application effect of standardized infection management in outpatient blood collection center.Methods：70 patients needing blood sampling were treated with standardized infection method,and the effect was analyzed.Results：The satisfaction rate after management was 92.8%,the satisfaction rate before management was 71.4%,and the satisfaction rate after management was higher than that before management.Conclusion：Standardized infection measures are effective in outpatient blood collection center,which can improve patient satisfaction and service level.
