构建长三角地区协同创新生态,能源是命脉基础。开展长三角区域能源互联网研究,打造长三角能源互联网命运共同体,实现基础设施互联互通,风光互补气电融合,藏能与民供需响应,智慧能源提效增值,有助于助推长三角建成全球资源配置的亚太门户,成为具有全球竞争力的世界级城市群。在此背景下,笔者分析长三角区域能源发展趋势,聚焦区域能源发展要求,提出长三角区域能源互联网发展建议,并结合上海实际指出上海的应有之义。

Constructing collaborative innovation ecosystem in Yangzi river delta region and energy is lifeblood foundation.
