随着建筑业高速发展,建筑能耗也随之逐年增加,目前建筑能耗约占全社会总能耗的40%以上,很多地方已接近城市所能提供的能源极限。在全国各地逐步向65%节能设计标准过渡并强制执行的背景下,对现有节能建筑实施过程中的各方表现进行探究,找出现有的认识误区和不足,可提供经验和借鉴,以促进节能建筑的普及和缓解国内能源、资源的紧张局面。

With the rapid development of construction industry, building energy consump- tion is increasing year by year. At present, building energy consumption accounts for more than 40% of the total energy consumption of the whole society. Many of them are close to the energy limit that the city can provide.Through the investigation and exploration of the practice of energy-saving buildings, we can find out the misunderstanding and shortcomings, and pro- vide experience and reference for promoting the popularization of energy-efficient buildings, easing the tension of domestic energy, and gradually implementing the 65% energy saving standard under the request of government departments.
