CMOS测频测速仪的原理及应用

摘要 基于所研制的一种采用CMOS电路器件的测频测速装置,介绍了用于精确测量电网频率的工作原理;从基准环节、采样环节、门电路环节、测量环节和译码环节方面介绍了具体的设计和实现。实践证明,该装置性能稳定、功耗低、价格低廉,同时具有较高的可靠性和精度。 A frequency and speed measuring device using CMOS circuit component is developed to measure the frequency of the power grid accurately. First, the principle of frequency measurement is introduced. Then, the specific design and implementation are introduced from the reference circuit, sampling circuit, gate circuit, measurement circuit and decoding circuit. And the practice has proved that the device has the characteristics of stable performance, low power consumption, low price, high reliability and accuracy.
