城镇化背景下的外来务工人口社会融合研究——以浙江慈溪为例

A Study on Social Integration of Migrant Workers under the Background of Urbanization——Taking Cixi, Zhejiang as an Example

我国城市化和现代化建设过程中,社会融合问题的重要性日益凸显,外来务工群体的社会融入明显存在不少问题。基于对浙江慈溪的调研,发现在社会融合过程中,受制度、社会资本及文化等多方因素影响,导致外来务工群体与当地居民形成居住、工作、社会关系等多方面的区隔。要实现社会融合,必须打破和消除区隔边界。

In the process of urbanization and modernization in China, the problem of social integration is becoming more and more important, and there are many problems in the social integration of migrant workers. Based on the investigation of Cixi in Zhejiang, this paper finds that in the process of social integration, it is influenced by many factors, such as system, social capital and culture, which lead to the formation of residence, work and social relations between migrant workers and local residents. To achieve social integration, we must break and eliminate the boundaries.
