我国典型城市文化消费及相关政策研究

Research on Cultural Consumption and Related Policy Measures of Typical Cities in China

选取我国主要典型城市——北京、上海、天津、西安、成都等作为研究样本,通过对其文化消费现状进行总结,认为当前我国城市文化消费发展滞后于经济增长和居民收入增长水平,还存在文化消费产品单一、文化消费供求不平衡、城乡文化消费二元化等问题。并对政府刺激文化消费的政策和举措进行了总结,认为应从加快经济发展,树立居民健康文化消费观,加强城乡公共文化基础设施建设,制定文化惠民消费政策,开拓促进文化消费发展的融资渠道,发展多元化文化市场,加大扶持农村文化消费市场等方面促进文化消费进一步增长。

Taking the main representative cities - Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Xian, Chengdu as the research sample, through a summary of the current situation of cultural consumption, It deems that the current development of urban cultural consumption lags behind economic growth and income growth level. There are some issues about urban cultural consumption ,for example , single cultural products , an imbalance between supply and demand of cultural consumption, a dualization between urban and rural culture consumption . It also summarizes the policies and measures of government to stimulate cultural consumption and argues that we should speed up the economic development, set up culture consumption view of the residents, guide the increasing of cultural consumption, strengthen the construction of urban and rural public cultural infrastructure, formulate the policies for people-benefit cultural consumption, expand the financing channels to promote the development of cultural consumption, develop diversified cultural market and increase the supportive policies for rural cultural consumption.
