A Study on Spatial Layout Construction of Tourism Belt of the Grand Canal in Luoyang Section

隋唐大运河是我国重要的世界文化遗产。研究大运河洛阳段文化遗产的保护、传承、活化,发挥洛阳在大运河旅游带建设中的文化资源与技术等优势,对于深化、提升大运河文化经济带建设的内涵和广度,具有重要的历史价值和现实意义。隋唐大运河洛阳旅游带空间结构具有旅游资源的滨水性、旅游空间相对集中性、地理文脉高度重合性的特点,坚持彰显鲜明特色、凸显文化内涵的原则,加快创建隋唐大运河洛阳旅游带全域旅游示范区建设,鼓励各县(市)区创建省级全域示范区目的地,深化落实"一心、两带、四区、两翼"的旅游空间布局。以隋唐帝都文化体验为核心,构建洛阳国际文化旅游名城空间格局。

The Sui and Tang Great Canal is an important cultural heritage of the world. Studying the protection, inheritance and activation of the Luoyang section of the Grand Canal, taking advantage of Luoyang’s cultural resources and technology in the construction of the Grand Canal tourism belt, which have an important historical value and practical significance for deepening and enhancing the connotation and breadth of the construction of the Grand Canal cultural and economic belt. The spatial structure of the Luoyang tourism belt along the Sui and Tang Dynasties has the characteristics of waterfront of tourism resources, relative concentration of tourism space, and high degree of coincidence of geographical context. It adheres to the principle of highlighting distinctive features and cultural connotations, speeds up to creat the Global tourism demonstration area construction of the Luoyang tourism belt along the Sui and Tang Dynasty Grand Canal, encourages counties to create provincial-level demonstration areas and deepens the implementation of the ＂one heart, two belts, four districts, two wings＂ tourism space layout. Taking the cultural experience of the imperial capital of Sui and Tang Dynasties as the core to construct the spatial pattern of Luoyang International Cultural Tourism City.
