溶剂对脱硫的影响分析

ANALYSIS ON THE EFFECTS OF SOLVENT ON DESULFURIZATION

根据1号气体脱硫装置多年的生产实践,对脱硫装置中溶剂对产品脱H2S的影响因素进行了较为全面的分析。指出影响脱硫的因素包括:溶剂的制备方法、溶剂有效浓度、热稳盐、反应温度和溶剂、循环量。并对溶剂中的酸性气负荷进行了计算与评价,得出控制溶剂质量是脱硫的关键的结论。通过最大限度地降低设备的腐蚀、堵塞,减少溶剂发泡,可提高溶剂的使用寿命。

According to the production practice of No.1gas desulfurization device for many years,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the influencing factors of solvent in desulfurization device on product desulfurization.The influencing factors include the preparation method of solvent,effective concentration,impacts of thermos table salt on desulfurization,reaction temperature and circulation.The paper also proposes the calculation and evaluation methods of acid gas load in solvent.It points out that the solvent quality is the key to desulfurization.It is necessary to minimize the corrosion and blockage of the equipment,reduce the solvent foaming and improve the service life of the solvent.
