摘要
结合中韩(武汉)石油化工有限公司丁二烯装置的自身特点,在停工过程中采取了一系列环保措施;新增污水专线,科学统筹中和化学清洗污水,新建低浓度乙腈回收设施,减少乙腈废水外排,使得停开工过程中未发生环保事故,实现了"绿色开停工"。
Combined with the characteristics of the butadiene unit of SINOPEC-Sk(Wuhan)Petrochemical Company Limited,a series of environmental protection measures are adopted in the shutdown process.Through the addition of sewage lines,chemical cleaning wastewater is neutralized scientifically.New environmental protection facilities,acetonitrile facilities with low concentration is adopted to reduce downtime and the wastewater containing acetonitrile causes no environmental accidents during the process of start-up and shutdown.Therefore,green start-up and shutdown is achieved.
