摘要
从结构洞理论视角出发,构建"差序式领导——内部社会资本——员工创新行为"模型,并采用问卷调查法,通过层级回归的研究方法对相关假设进行实证检验,探讨本土情境下的差序式领导与员工创新行为之间的关系,并检验内部社会资本在两者之间的中介作用.研究表明:差序式领导对内部社会资本具有正向影响,与员工创新行为之间呈显著正相关关系;内部社会资本在差序式领导与员工创新行为之间起部分中介作用.
From the perspective of structural hole theory,this study constructs a conceptual model of "differential leadership-internal social capital-employee innovation behavior",and adopts a questionnaire survey method to conduct empirical tests on related hypotheses through hierarchical regression research methods.It discusses the relationship between the differential leadership and the employee's innovation behavior under the local situation,and examines the mediating role of the internal social capital between the two.The research results show that the differential leadership has a positive impact on the internal social capital;the differential leadership has a significant positive correlation with the innovation behavior of the employees;the internal social capital plays a mediating role between the differential leadership and the employee's innovation behavior.
