新常态下基于专利信息的长江经济带新能源汽车产业发展战略研究——基于SWOT-AHP分析法

Development of Industrial Technology Innovation Based on Patent Information:Taking New Energy Automotive Industry of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as an Example

为了更好地应对能源危机和环境污染,推进新能源汽车产业是社会发展的迫切需求,以专利信息分析该产业技术现状和趋势意义显著.以发明专利数据为基础,采用SWOT-AHP方法实现定性与定量相结合进行系统分析,结果表明目前长江经济带新能源汽车专利数量庞大,但质量较之国外在华申请的专利偏低,以专利角度从技术创新层面为长江经济带新能源汽车产业打造成世界级产业集群提供可参考的思路.

In order to cope with energy crisis and environmental pollution,promoting the new energy automotive industry is urgent for social development,therefore,it is of great significance to research the present technological development and tendency of this industry.In this paper,by using the patent information and SWOT-AHP method,we analyze the development of innovation in technology systematically from both the qualitative and quantitative perspectives and tried to reveal the status of innovation capability development of new energy vehicles industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Our research can help the new energy vehicles industry of the Yangtze River Economic Belt to build itself into world-class industrial clusters by providing useful means and ways from the viewpoint of technological innovation.
