During the Anti-Japanese War,the financial industry of Kunming in Yunnan province developed fast. Yunnan Mine Bank was founded at this time. As an important part of the Lu Chongren ＇s financial group, it had a positive effect on Yunnan＇s economic development,and its effective management method resulted in good economic benefits,which has some enlightening significance to the development of commercial banks today.
