摘要 目的 :探讨雄激素对下丘脑室旁核 (PVN)中注射L 精氨酸诱导的阴茎勃起是否有影响。 方法 :健康成年雄兔随机分成去势组、去势后雄激素替代组及假手术对照组 3组 (每组 8只 )。饲养 1个月后 ,监测在PVN中注入L 精氨酸后海绵体窦内压 (ICP)的变化及测定每只雄兔PVN组织中一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活性。 结果 :去势组中ICP最高值均值为 (2 2 .6 4 0± 4 .76 7)mmHg(1mmHg =0 .133kPa) ,NOS活性均值为 (0 .80 7±0 .188)U/mg·prot,与替代组或假手术对照组相比 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。替代组ICP最高值均值及NOS活性分别为(38.14 6± 4 .90 7)mmHg和 (1.4 5 7± 0 .2 93)U/mg·prot,与假手术对照组相比 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,假手术对照组ICP最高值均值及NOS活性分别为 (39.991± 3.0 6 8)mmHg和 (1.5 2 8± 0 .2 4 0 )U/mg·prot。  结论 :一氧化氮是PVN中诱导阴茎勃起的神经递质之一 ,且L Objectives: To investigate the relationship between penile erection induced by L arginine in paraventricular nucleus(PVN)and androgen. Methods: Twenty four mature male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups which were castrate, castrate with testosterone propionate (T) replacement and pseudo operation. One month later, the highest intracavernous pressure (ICP) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) of each PVN tissue were measured after infusing L arginine into the PVN. Results: The mean ICPs of the highest values in castrate, castrste given T replacement and pseudo operation groups were (22.640±4.767) mmHg,( 38.146 ± 4.907 ) mmHg and (39.991±3.068) mmHg,respectively. The mean value of NOS activity of each group were (0.807± 0.188 ) U/mg·prot,(1.457±0.293) U/mg·prot and (1.528±0.204 ) U/mg·prot, respectively. The ICP and NOS activity in castrate were different statistically from T replacement and pseudo operation group (both P <0.01). T replacement group had no statistical difference from pseudo operation group( P >0.05). Conclusions: Nitric oxide (NO) is one of the neurotransmitters in PVN particularly relevant for the control of penile erection. Penile erection induced by L arginine in PVN depends on androgen.
