The academy system is a new initiative of the higher education management students at present,and the initiative has entered many colleges and universities to achieve certain achievements,the management mode has more advantages than the traditional mode,and the emergence of the academy has played a great role in the college students ＇political thought. This article simply summarizes the differences and the importance of the academy system and the traditional management mode,and probes into the innovation strategy for the new mode.
