摘要
作为西方国家推动政府再造的有效工具之一的绩效管理能够改善政府工作的效率,提高公信力,因此将绩效管理应用到高等教育领域是一种顺应时代潮流发展的选择。本文旨在探讨绩效管理在我国高等教育领域适用的原因和面临的困境,并在此基础上为我国高等教育领域实施绩效管理的路径选择提供一些建议。

Therefore,the application of performance management in higher education is the trend of the times. The purpose of this article is to explore the reasons why performance management is applicable in the field of higher education in our country and the dilemmas it faces. Based on this,some suggestions are put forward for the path selection of performance management in higher education.
