摘要 行赏识之法,探管理之道,为什么要赏识?因为赏识是当今教育教学管理的需要,赏识是教师内在的需要。怎样赏识?赏识教师就要欣赏其优点,宽容其缺点,赏识教师,就要以人为本,知人善任,赏识教师就要和激励机制充分结合起来。校长们应该熟知并能充分发挥每个教师的长处,多给他们以赏识,为他们的专业化成长搭建宽敞的平台,从而全面提高学校的教育教学质量和办学综合水平。 How to appreciate the law of appreciation? Because appreciation is the need of education teachingmanagement today,appreciation is the teacher's inner need. How to appreciate? Appreciate teachers should appreciatetheir advantages,tolerate their shortcomings,appreciate teachers,should be people-oriented,appreciate teachers andincentive mechanism fully integrated. Principals every teacher should be familiar with and can give full play to theirstrengths,to give them to appreciate more for their professional growth to build spacious platform,so as tocomprehensively improve the quality of school education teaching and the comprehensive level of running.
