工程教育专业认证背景下纺织工程专业青年教师队伍的建设

The Cultivation of Young Teachers in Textile Engineering under Engineering Education Accreditation

随着工程教育专业认证工作在全国范围内的开展,高等院校对青年教师职业能力的要求也逐渐提高。本文总结了纺织工程专业青年教师在新形势下必备的能力,以及目前在教学中暴露出来的问题。针对存在的问题,本文从不同层面提出了解决方案,预期解决当前高校青年教师的部分困境并提高其职业能力。

With the engineering education accreditation launching,the request for professional ability of young teachers are enhancing. In this paper,the necessary abilities of teachers in textile engineering under new situation as well as the imperfections that are exposed in teaching process were summarized,and some solutions were proposed in order to solve dilemma of young teachers.
