摘要 针对我校轮机工程专业的现状,分析了国内外主要的工程教育模式及其适用性,指出了与卓越工程师教育培养计划要求的差距及应采取的相应措施。卓越计划要取得成功,必须调动企业导师的积极性,并且保证其有足够多的时间与精力来参与;必须健全相应的法规,形成校企合作长效运行机制,使企业、学生、学校和政府都从中获得利益。 The engineering education cultivating model at home and abroad was presented,the present situation of marine engine engineering discipline of Jiangsu university of science and technology is analyzed. The gap between this and the demand of the plan for educating and training outstanding engineers was pointed out,and the effective measure was also advised. It is need to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprise mentors and ensue to pour enough time and energy into projects. We should improve laws and regulations and to form the long term operating mechanism,ensure the enterprises,students,school and governments can all benefits from it.
