以商业人格塑造为抓手 促进校企合作培养创新人才

Promotion of College-Enterprise Cooperation and Innovative Talents Training with Shaping Business Personality

针对目前校企合作人才培养中出现的诸多问题,提出高校与企业可持续合作要以塑造人格为抓手,高校科研团队带领学生参与完成企业项目,用项目成果与企业交换,最终达到提升学生创新创业能力。结合湖北文理学院VISION科研团队多年的成功校企合作实践,总结出了实现商业人格塑造的路径和解决方案。

Aiming at problem in the current university-enterprise cooperation for talents training,anew sustainablecooperation method of molding the personality was put forward.In this model the university scientific research teamleads the students to participate in enterprise projects to improve students＇ innovative ability with exchange projectsachievements.Take the successfuluniversity-enterprise cooperation of the VISION research team from Hubei universityof arts and sciences,the path and solutions to the business personality were summarized.
