在地方普通本科院校向应用技术型大学转型背景下,新建本科院校开始设置新能源专业,培养光伏产业应用型人才。本文针将对新建本科院校的光伏产业人才培养存在的问题进行分析,并对其问题在师资队伍建设、专业培养定位以及校企合作三方面阐述了一定的看法和认识。

Under the background of the transformation from the local ordinary undergraduate colleges to the applied technology universities,new undergraduate colleges and universities have started to set up new energy majors.This paper will analyze the problems existing in the cultivation of photovoltaic industry talents in new undergraduate colleges and universities,and analyze the problems in the construction of teachers. Professional training orientation and school-enterprise cooperation in three aspects elaborated certain views and understanding.
