摘要
本文以"目标为导向"出发,探讨了大学生新生适应性教育体系构建包括三个方面,学习评价体系、教育内容与模式体系、动力体系。论述了三个子体系构建的思路和方法。总结了学习评价体系、设定了目标以及对其的评价方案。教育内容与模式体系是实现目标的途径,动力体系是实现目标的推动和牵引力。
Start with "goal-oriented",this paper discussed the construction of the freshmen adaptive education system included three aspects:Learning evaluation system,education content and pattern system,Power system. The ideas and methods of constructing three sub-systems are discussed;Summarizes the learning evaluation system,Set goals and the evaluation scheme of it. Education content and pattern system is the way to achieve the goal,Power system is the driving force and traction of achieving the goal.
