基于全程指导模式的本科生导师实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Undergraduate Tutors Based on Whole Guiding Mode

高校实施本科生全程导师制度是对学校教育体系的完善,是适应我国当代大学生发展的必然趋势。本文基于本科生全程的导师指导模式,总结出"全程跟踪、重点突出;及时沟通、谈心交流;亦师亦友、适度引导"三方面指导经验,通过对本科生全程导师制在实施过程中存在的问题进行分析与思考,提出自己的见解与建议,从而为完善安全工程专业本科生全程导师制度提供有力支撑。

The implementation of the undergraduate tutor system at colleges and universities is the perfection of the school education system and the inevitable trend of adapting to the development of contemporary college students in our country. Based on the undergraduate mentoring mode of the entire program,this paper concluded three aspects of guiding experience,such as ＂tracking through the whole course and stress the key point,communicating with students timely,being the students＇ friend and mentor at the same time and guiding them moderately＂.,and through the analysis and thinking of the problems existed in the process of undergraduates＇ tutor system,this paper puts forward opinions and suggestions to improve the entire tutor system of safety engineering undergraduates.
