摘要
良好的学习氛围,能形成优良的校风和学风,在很大程度上可以影响和激励学生的学习积极性和主动性。通过分析地方高校非优势学科专业学风建设中存在的普遍问题及产生原因,结合专业特点和实际工作情况,给出加强学风建设的有效对策。
A good learning atmosphere can form a good school spirit and style of study. To a great extent,it can influence and motivate the students＇ study enthusiasm and initiative. By analyzing the common problems and causes in the construction of the style of study of non-dominant subjects in local colleges and universities. According to the specialty characteristics and actual working conditions,the effective countermeasures to strengthen the construction of study style are given.
