摘要
本文依托"食品保藏与加工工艺实验"课程,应用混合教学模式,结合食品专业学科特点,内容以综合性、设计性和创新性实验为主,环环相扣、系统完整,将理论知识与实践紧密结合,综合应用食品加工与保藏技能和技术,培养学生工程创新实践技能,成为社会所需要的实用型人才。
In this paper,based on food preservation and processing technology experiment courses,applicating the blended teaching mode,combining with the characteristics of food professional disciplines and content is given priority to with comprehensive,design and innovative experiment,train students' engineering innovation practice skills,and become practical talents social needed.
