浅谈高校创新创业教师队伍建设

Study on the Construction of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Teacher Team in Colleges and Universities

高水平的创新创业型教师队伍,既是提升大学生创新创业能力的重要前提,也是深化高校创新创业教育改革的迫切需要。本文分析了高校创新创业教师队伍的现状,提出了三个主要问题,并针对这些问题提出有效措施,以促进高校创新创业教师队伍的建设。

A high level of innovative and entrepreneurial teaching team is not only an important prerequisite for improving the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students,but also an urgent need for deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers in colleges and universities,puts forward three main problems,and puts forward effective measures for these problems,so as to promote the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers in colleges and universities.
