地方高校应用型人才培养的目标、障碍与实现路径

我国正处在全面深化改革的新时期,地方高校培养高质量的应用型人才是时代赋予地方高校的使命,具有一定的战略意义。但是,地方高校在人才培养目标、师资队伍、教学实践模式和德育工作等方面存在阻碍应用型人才培养的因素。因此,地方高校应该从制定科学的人才培养目标、优化"双师双能型"教师队伍、形成应用型人才培养的教学实践新模式、构建应用型人才培养的德育体系等方面采取措施促进应用型人才培养质量的提高。

In the new period of deepening reform in China is in full,local colleges and universities to cultivate applied talents of high quality is the mission of the era have entrusted to local colleges,have certain strategic significance.However,local colleges and universities in personnel training target,teaching staff,teaching practice mode and the moral education work,as well as the factors hindering the research on the applied talents training. Therefore,the local colleges and universities should make scientific talent training target,optimize ＂can double double type＂ teachers,form the practical teaching new mode of talent training,cultivating applied talents of moral education system,etc,take measures to promote the increase of applied talents training quality.
