农业供给侧结构性改革条件下农科类大学生的培养

The Agricultural College Students Training under the Condition of Agricultural Supply Side Structural Reform

新形势下,我国农业主要矛盾由总量不足转变为结构性矛盾,突出表现为阶段性供过于求和供给不足并存,矛盾的主要方面在供给侧。如何通过供给侧结构性性改革,提高农业供给体系的整体质量和效率,使农业供需关系在更高水平上实现新的平衡,参与其中的农业人才是关键。本文分析了农业供给侧结构性改革条件下农科类大学生培养所存在的问题,并提出了可行的解决途径,以期农业能够依靠人才驱动、创新驱动,逐步实现供给侧的结构性改革,走上产出高效、产品安全、资源节约、环境友好的现代农业发展道路。

Under the new situation,the main problem of agriculture in our country has changed the insufficient supply from structural contradictions,which is particularly represented by the coexistence of oversupply and shortage in stages. And the reasons for these phenomenon mainly attributed to the supply side. How to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the agricultural supply system and to realize a balance between supply and demand at a higher level？The agricultural talents participating in this activity will play an important role. The problems of the agricultural college students training under the condition of agricultural supply side structural reform were analyzed and some actionable solutions were also proposed,which could make the agriculture more efficiency with high yield,more safety of product with resources saving and environment friendly though the talent and innovation driven.
