德国高等工程教育的成功经验对我国的借鉴意义

The Comparative Research on German Higher Engineering Education Reform and Its Enlightenment

国家推行产业结构升级的战略,其中最为关键的一环就是工程应用型人才的培养。基于目前我国正在实施的"卓越工程师教育培养计划"中存在的问题,对比德国高等工程教育培养模式,分析中德两国在高等工程教育改革过程中的共同点与差异性,从而得到德国高等工程教育中可以借鉴的方法。通过进一步借鉴德国高等工程教育的成功案例,将有助于高校与企业间形成良性的联动培养机制,同时提升国内工程师的培养质量,使我国顺利完成"卓越工程师教育"项目的战略目标,以及产业转型升级的国家经济目标。

With the promotion of the upgrading of industrial structure in our country,one of the most crucial steps is the cultivation of engineering application-oriented talents. Based on the existing problems with the implementation of the education and training program for excellent engineers,the paper aims to give comprehensive insights into the training mode of higher engineering education in Germany,and analyze the similarities and differences between China and Germany in the course of reforming higher engineering education. Thus the obtained method can be used in our reform of higher engineering education and the revelation of German higher engineering education will be pointed out.Furthermore,their successful cases will be great of help in forming a benign linkage between universities and enterprises,and improving the training quality of domestic engineers,so that we can successfully complete the strategic goal of ＂excellent engineer education＂ project and the national economic target of industrial transformation and upgrading.
