摘要
本次研究聚焦到华南师范大学思想政治教育专业与台湾师大公民教育与活动领导学系学生对人才培养方案的期望与满意度。在前期运用引入SEM模型建构对满意度进行多层次分析的基础上,本文以亲身体验为情感依托,以统计得出的学生满意度问卷数据为理论支撑,以人才培养的文本方案为事实依据,展开两专业的比较研究。结合与我校专业有第二校园经历的学生的访谈,把自己在专业培养过程中的体会和思考梳理出来,以此为据,描画我们所向往的大学,为本专业的发展提供基于学生体验的第一手材料。
This study focuses on the students' expectation and satisfaction of personnel cultivating program of Ideological and Political Education of South China Normal University and Department of Civic Education and Leadership of National Taiwan Normal University. On the basis of the introduction of SEM model construction to multi-level analyze the satisfaction,this paper takes the personal experience as the emotional support,based on the statistics of the student satisfaction questionnaire data as the theoretical support,and the text scheme of the talent cultivation is based on the facts,and the two major comparative studies are carried out. In combination with the interviews with the students who have a second campus experience,we have combed out our experiences and thoughts in the process of professional training,so as to draw on the university that we aspire to,and provide first-hand materials based on the student experience for the development of this major.
