摘要 以小蜡叶片为原料,通过超声辅助提取,减压浓缩的粗提物,经大孔吸附树脂D101依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、甲醇和水洗脱分离的五段极性不同的部分,并对甲醇段进行薄层层析检测,通过展开剂的优化实验,获得甲醇段展开剂的最优配比为甲醇∶氯仿∶氨水∶水=7∶5∶0.4∶3。在365nm处紫外检测可清晰看到层析分离出四个点,说明甲醇段洗脱部分至少有四种成分可在365nm处显绿色荧光。 In this paper L. sinense leaves were used as raw material and crude extract was obtained via ultrasonic extraction and vacuum concentration. Five portions of extract with different polarities were eluted using macroporous resin D101 as the absorbent and petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,acetone,methanol and water as eluent successively. The methanol portion was analyzed using Thin-Layer-Chromatography(TLC) and the solvent combination was optimized.The best ratio of solvent for methanol portion was determined to be methanol:chloroform:ammonia:water = 7:5:0.4:3.Four spots were observed on the TLC plate under UV light with wavelength of 365 nm,illustrating that there are at least four fluorescent components in the methanol portion excited by 365 nm light.
