摘要
《食品生物技术》是食品科学与工程专业的一门十分重要的专业课程,教学方法和教学内容对学生的能力培养十分重要。本文针对《食品生物技术》课程特征与设置,对教学方式、教学大纲及主要内容的创新性探索,采取多种教学授课模式,布置综合性作业,鼓励学生参与科学研究,促使教学实践相结合,激发学生学习兴趣,拓展学生知识视野,提升食品学科专业人才质量。
"Food Biotechnology" is a very important professional course in food science and engineering. Teaching methods and teaching contents are very important for students' training. According to the characteristics of "Food Biotechnology" course,the teaching mode and teaching content reform,adopt various teaching mode,comprehensive layout work,encourage students to participate in scientific research,promote the combination of teaching practice,stimulate students' interest in learning,develop students' knowledge,improve the quality of professional talents of food science.
