基于“创研工作坊”的建筑规划类创新实践型人才培养模式研究——以广西大学建筑学和城乡规划专业为例

Research on the Training Mode of Innovative Practical Talents in Architectural Planning Based on the "Workshop of Creation and Research"——Taking the Major of Architecture and Urban and Rural Planning in Guangxi University as an Example

本研究针对广西高校建筑学和城乡规划专业普遍存在的教师资源不足、人才培养与社会需求脱节的难题,以广西大学建筑学和城乡规划学科的教学实践为例,提出基于"创研工作坊"的创新实践型建筑规划类人才培养模式的研究,强化创新实践教学,培养适应行业转型升级需要的创研型人才。该研究建立了"3平台+1模式+1机制"的"创研工作坊"教学体系。通过搭建创新实践、科研训练、协同教学三大训练平台,提炼多层级、多学科、多维度的扁平化教学模式,建立兴趣驱动、导师引导、环境保障的运行机制,实现本、硕、博贯通培养,提高学生创新实践和科研协作能力,契合当下高校双创教育的改革趋势。

In view of the shortage of teachers＇ resources in architecture and urban and rural planning major in Guangxi colleges and universities,the talent training is out of step with the social needs. Taking the teaching practice of architecture and urban and rural planning in Guangxi University as an example,this paper puts forward the research on the training mode of innovative practical architectural planning talents based on the ＂creation and research workshop＂ to strengthen the innovative practical teaching. This research has established the teaching system of ＂creation and research workshop＂ with the mechanism of ＂3 platform 1 mode 1＂.Through building innovative practice,scientific research and training. Three training platforms for collaborative teaching,refining multi-level,multi-disciplinary and multi-dimensional.The flat teaching model,the establishment of interest drive,tutors guidance,environmental protection of the operational mechanism,to achieve this,master,comprehensive training,improve students＇ innovative practice and scientific research cooperation ability. In line with the current trend of education reform in colleges and universities.
