摘要
面对新一轮高中课程改革,"导师制"的内涵也随之发生了变化。本文分析了在此背景下实行导师制的意义所在和可行性,并在剖析了当下高中学校在开展导师制过程中存在不足的基础上,从转变思想、把握内涵,明确内容、丰富功能,强化培训、打造团队,完善机制、提高实效等四个方面,有针对性地提出了今后实施导师制的策略。
The connotation of the tutorial system has changed with a new round of curriculmreform in senior high schools. Based on the analysis of its significance and feasibility,as well as the problems we have met when carrying out the tutorial system currently in senior high school,this paper puts forward feasible strategies to carry out the tutorial system from four aspects,which are changing the way of thinking and grasping the connotation,fully understanding the content and enriching the function,strengthening training and building a team,and perfecting the mechanism and enhancing the actual effects.
