西藏高校大学物理教学现状研究

Research on the Present Situation of College Physics Teaching in Tibet Universities

大学物理是理工科各专业的一门重要必修基础课,其内容和思想对后继课程的学习和学生科学素质的培养都具有深远而持久的影响。西藏高校学生基础差,师资力量薄弱,教学管理较为落后,人才培养难以满足西藏当前经济社会的发展需要,西藏当前大学物理教学急需进行改革。西藏高校要制定切实可行、灵活的教学激励奖惩制度,要加大资源和平台建设,引进高水平援藏教师,快速提升教学能力和水平,编写适合西藏实际的教材,采用能够激发学生学习兴趣的教学方式。

＂University Physics＂ is an important compulsory basic course for all majors of science and engineering.Its content and thought have far-reaching and lasting influence on the study of subsequent courses and the cultivation of students＇ scientific quality. Tibet college students have poor foundation,weak teachers strength,backward teaching management,talent training is difficult to meet the current needs of economic and social development in Tibet,the current college physics teaching in Tibet urgently needs reform. Tibet colleges and universities should formulate a practical and flexible teaching incentive reward system,to increase the resources and platform construction,the introduction of a high level of support Tibet teachers,quickly improve teaching ability and level,to compile textbooks suitable for Tibet＇s actual situation,to adopt the teaching mode that can stimulate students＇ interest in learning.
