摘要
为了满足中国制造2025对技术技能人才的要求,中国职业教育要经得起考验,面对机遇,全面提高人才培养质量,力争与时俱进。本文基于中国制造2025,对职业教育和人才培养进行探讨并提出对策和建议,旨在以工匠精神为指引,培养现代化、技术化、适应制造业升级的职业人才。
In order to meet the requirements of Made in China 2025 Strategy about the technical and technical talents,China＇s vocational education must stand up to the test,face the opportunities and improve comprehensively and keep pace with the times. Based on the made in China 2025 strategy,this paper discusses the vocational education and talent training and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to train the skilled talents who can modernize and be adapted to the upgrading of manufacturing industry.
