摘要
本文聚焦研究生四种人际关系的现状,包括:室友关系、同门关系、师生关系和亲密关系,以某高校土木工程学院研究生为研究对象,运用团体辅导的方法进行干预,采用人际交往能力测评的量化统计和成员反馈与自评的质性分析。结果表明:了解自我、相信自我、理解他人、换位思考这4个能力有显著提高;主动沟通、换位思考、善于倾听这3个能力的提高紧随其后;人际适应和情绪控制这2个能力上效果不明显。团体辅导能有效地改善团体成员在处理四种人际关系中存在的困惑和问题。
In this paper,focusing on the present situation of the four relationships of graduate students,including:roommate relationship,stuff relationship,the relationship between teachers and students,and intimate relationships,studyin a college graduate school of civil engineering as the research object,using the method of group counselingintervention,and qualitative analysis of self-rating feedback statistics and evaluation by members of the ability ofinterpersonal communication The results show that self-understanding,self-confidence and understanding others hasimproved significantly;active communication,transposition thinking and listening attentively follows,interpersonaladaptation and emotional control effect of the two ability is not obvious.Group counseling can effectively improve theconfusion and problems in the process of the four interpersonal
