摘要
实践教学是高师院校师范专业人才培养的必要环节。为了彰显高师院校教师的教育特色,提高师范生的教育教学实践能力,构建了"U-S双导师制"教育见习、实习实践教学模式,并对该模式的实施步骤及构建因素作了阐述。
Practical teaching is a necessary link in the training of teachers in normal colleges and universities. Inorder to show the characteristics of teachers' education and improve the teaching and teaching practice ability ofnormal college students, the "U-S double tutor system" education probation and practice teaching mode areconstructed, and the implementation steps and construction factors of this model are expounded.
