摘要
单侧忽视是中风后的一种认知障碍,表现为偏身肢体及空间刺激无反应。护理评估包括感觉障碍、精神症状、人格改变、认知障碍、偏瘫、癫痫、摸索反射、跌倒、坠床,失读,失写、失算、左右认识不能等。康复治疗包括:视觉扫描训练、感觉训练、功能训练法、交叉促进训练、木钉盘作业等。
Unilateral neglect isa cognitive disorder after stroke,which is manifested partial body and spacestimulation having no response.Nursing assessment included sensory impairments,mental symptoms,personality changes,cognitive impairment,hemiplegia,epilepsy,groping reflexes,falls,falling beds,loss of reading,loss of writing,miscalculationand agnosia.Rehabilitation treatment included visual scanning training,sensory training,functional training,crosspromotion training,wooden stud work etc.
