摘要
人类的一切活动都与制度有关。不同的制度安排会对一个人产生不同的激励,从而导致产生不同的行为反应。在德育实效性不令人满意的前提下,长沙财经学校用制度规范行为,提高中职学校德育实效的实践,通过制度的科学设计与完善,为破解中职德育实效性问题打开一扇大门,为职教同行提供借鉴。
All human activities are related to the system.Different institutional arrangements have differentincentives for a person,which leads to a different behavioral response.Based on the actual effect of moral education is notsatisfactory,the system behavior specification for Changsha school finance,improve the effectiveness of the practice ofmoral education in secondary vocational schools,and improve the system through scientific design,open a door forsolving the problem of vocational moral education,providea reference for the peer education.
