职业院校国际贸易专业就业现状及培养模式的探究——以安徽警官职业学院为例

A study of the Employment Status and Training Mode of International Trade Major in Vocational Colleges: A Case of Anhui Vocational College of Police Officers

近几年,国际贸易专业就业情况不容乐观,随着跨境电商的异军突起,跨境电商人才需求暴增。根据教育部的职业教育改革要求,职业院校国际贸易专业职业化改革势在必行。本文从安徽警官职业学院国际贸易专业毕业生近两年的就业情况调查结果切入,分析调查所反映的问题,从课程设置、师资培养和学生就业能力训练三方面提出了国际贸易专业创新人才培养模式的建议,以促进国际贸易专业的职业化改革,解决国际贸易专业学生的就业困境。

In recent years, the employment situation of international trade major is not optimistic. Meanwhile, with the emergence of Cross -Border E -Commerce, the cross -border e -commerce talents are in hot demand. According to the requirements of vocational education reform, the professionalism reform of international trade major in vocational colleges is imperative. This article analyzes the problems reflected in the employment survey of the graduates of international trade major of Anhui Vocational College of Police Offices from the last two years, and in order to promote the professionalism reform and solve the employment difficulties of the major, the article puts forward some advices of innovating personnel training mode in the respect of curriculum plan, teachers cultivation and students ’ employment competence training.
