国外推动女性党员政治参与的制度研究

Research on Overseas Female Party Member Participating Politics System

相较于男性党员,女性党员在政治参与方面往往处于弱势,当中的症结不是女性党员缺乏政治能力和素养,而是女性党员缺乏政治参与的机遇和保障制度。为此,国外设立了诸多相应的制度来推动和保障女性党员的政治参与。分析国外用以保障女性党员参政的性别配额制度的实施情况,以及为了提高女性党员参政数量、保障女性党员参政比例所设立的保障、监管等制度,有助于推动我国乃至全球女性参政水平的不断提高。

Compared with male members of Chinese Communist Party , female members tend to be at a disadvantage situation in political participation , which does not result from their lack of political ability and accomplishment , but from their little opportunity to participate the politics and lack of security system . As to this situation , foreign countries have set up corresponding systems to promote and safeguard the political participation of females , which can help our country to promote the level of female participation in politics .
