"双一流"是目前国家启动建设战略之一。在国家政策扶持下打破了传统比较有名气的高校门槛限制,如985工程大学,为了鼓励更多具有特色水平的高校和学科,在发展中逐渐成为世界一流水平。但地方高水平大学向"双一流"建设发展过程中存在一定的问题。基于此,本文从"双一流"的含义出发,深入分析"双一流"战略背景下地方高水平大学建设中存在的问题与整改措施。通过这项扶持来提高各大高校教学水准,减少传统教育的门槛,在高水平大学建造中能够提供更多发展道路。
