Some Methods on How to Integrate Careers Guidance into Class Management

职业学校的就业指导应贯串在学校各项教育教学活动的始终,即人才培养的全过程。本人在多年的班主任工作中,首先帮助学生确定职业素养的培养目标,针对学生不爱打扫卫生、见到老师不问好、不守时、缺乏责任感、缺乏团队合作精神等问题,结合企业实际需要来管理班级、解决问题,使学生不断提高自己的职业素养,以便能够顺利毕业并实现就业。

The careers guidance in vocational schools should be provided throughout various educational activities and the whole process of talent cultivation.As a head teacher with many years＇ experience,I would first help students set their training goals to foster the professional qualities.Focusing on students＇ problems like laziness in cleaning up,dislike of greeting to teachers,unpunctuality and lack of responsibility and team spirits,I try to manage the class and solve these problems based on the actual needs of enterprises.Students＇ professional qualities have been improved gradually so that they are able to graduate from school and find jobs successfully.
