摘要 举办职业技能竞赛是职业教育工作的一项重要创新,对职业学校的教学改革产生重大影响,已经成为职业学校教师实践教学能力提升的重要助推器。本文以职业技能竞赛为载体,以教师通过参与学生职业技能竞赛的指导为着手,从制定周密计划、速读竞赛图纸、高效技能训练、细微体贴"心育"、因明果断决定、不断总结与反思等方面措施,阐述如何提高教师实践教学能力。 Organizing vocational skills competition is an important innovation in vocational education and has a significant impact on the teaching reform in vocational schools.It has become an important booster for teachers in vocational schools to improve their practical teaching ability.The occupation skill competition as the carrier,with the involvement of teachers in students' occupation skill contest guidance for the start,make a well-conceived plan,quick reading the contest drawings,efficient skills training,subtle and considerate psychological education,fine and considerate decisions,continuous sum up and reflection and other measures to explain how to improve teachers' ability to practice teaching.
