扩大高等教育对外开放的现状及策略——以天津各高校教育对外开放现状为例

The Status Quo and Strategy on Enlarging Opening of Higher Education——Take the Status of Universities' Opening of the Education in Tianjin as an Example

高等教育国际化是世界教育改革与发展的必然趋势,教育的对外开放是高等教育国际化的重要体现之一。目前,高等教育开放既有更多更好的契机,取得了前所未有的进展,也存在和面临着很多问题。为提高高等教育对外开放水平,我们提出在国际交流与合作办学、人员的国际化、教育资源的国际化等方面将"层次化"、"走出去"、"引进来"相结合的战略思路,以实现教育国际化的目的,进而扩大我国高等教育在国际社会的影响力。

Internationalization of higher education is an inexorable trend of reform and development of higher education in the world.The opening on education is one of important performance of Internationalization of higher education.The opening on higher education not only has come a long way,but also face some problems.In order to improve opening level,this article presents some ideas which are combining ＂leveled＂ ＂go out＂ ＂bring in＂ in the aspect of international exchange and cooperation in running,personnel globalization,internationalization of educational resources.So that we could achieve the goal of internationalization of education and enlarging the influences of higher education in China in the world.
