“5+3”一体化临床医学生开展病理学科研训练的实践 被引量:8

摘要 "5+3"一体化临床医学人才培养是我国为推进高等医学教育走向国际化而建立的一种新的教育模式。而现行"5+3"培养模式下科研训练时间大大缩短,如何加强科研能力训练、培养当前形势下合格临床医生显得尤为迫切。本课题组针对"5+3"一体化临床医学生在病理学方面开展早期科研训练,通过革新理论课教学手段、注重病理学实验技能培训、加强病理学科研素质的培养等方法,结合本教研室特点及学生科研能力培养方式,探索"5+3"一体化临床医学生早期开展病理学科研能力训练模式,不仅使其初步掌握科研基本技能,培养科研思维,激发创新能力,也为今后进入研究生学习阶段科研选题、技术路线设计、实验方案实施、实验数据统计以及撰写论文和申请课题奠定扎实基础。 The "5 + 3" integration of clinical medical personnel training model has become the new mode of medical education for international college education advancing in China.However undergraduates' researching training time is obviously shorter in the new medical education mode.There is an urgent need for improving researching training of qualified doctor.Early researching training was developed in the "5 + 3" integration of clinical medical students by the innovation of teaching theories,attaching importance to the training of pathological experimental skills and enhancing the cultivation of the quality of pathological scientific research in our research.We explored the early researching training mode of the "5 + 3" integration of clinical medical students by combining the characteristics of our department with the training mode of students' scientific research ability.Furthermore,the students might master the basic skill of scientific research,develop the scientific research thinking,and stimulate the ability of innovation.Early researching training lay a solid foundation for the research topic selection,technical route design,experimental program implementation,experimental data statistics,writing papers and application topics at the stage of graduate study.
