摘要
我国焊接专业人才已形成了中国特色的人才培养体系,但其工程实践能力等方面仍存在明显差距。焊接理论和技能教育改革以培养达到标准化、统一化和国际化的技术人才为目的。本文分析了我国目前焊接工程师和焊工的培养模式及其不足,针对焊接专业人才理论和技能失衡的问题,提出了"技能培训"实验课教学模式,自主开展工程实践训练,设置技能考试模块,使焊接理论课"实战化",以使之与现实生产紧密结合,使学生掌握焊接工程师的必备焊接操作技能,构造新时代的"焊接理论技能复合型人才培养模式",这有利于焊接毕业生独立开展科学试验和产品试制工作。
Welding professionals in China has formed a system of training China talents,but there are still significant gaps in the engineering practice ability.The welding theory and reform skills education to cultivate technical talents to achieve standardization,unification and internationalization.This paper analyzes the training model of China's current welding engineer and welder and its deficiency for welding professionals,theory and skills imbalance problem,put forward the teaching mode of "experimental teaching skills training",to carry out independent engineering practice training,skill set test module,the welding theory course "combat",to combine it with the production,to enable students to master the necessary Welding Engineer Welding operation skills and the new era of "welding theory skills compound talent training mode",which is conducive to welding graduates to independently carry out scientific experiments and product trial production work.
